Hi @Charles61 

As this is a customer help customer forum you are not addressing Sky so you will need to phone them.

 

If Sky is your mobile provider you can just ring 150 but if not click on the link below and select the “need more help” drop down at the bottom of the page and you will see an 0333 phone number to use to call Sky. Unfortunately I cannot include the actual phone number as the forum filters will reject it.

If you have a specific problem if you give full details of the issue someone on the forum might be able to give some advice.

@Charles61 did the courier unbox and mount the Sky Glass TV on its stand .... and offer to remove the packaging?

 

After that it is self install😉

I have been layed of from work and start a new job next month i have been switched off and its effected me watching my tv as iylts the only device i have can i have my bill rolled in to next montth and be switched bk on please

Unfortunately Sky have a standard and automated process for non payment and that is to restrict services until the bill is paid. If a bill is overdue by 2 weeks they typically require the following months bill to also be paid before the service restrictions are lifted.
