Best option would be an Apple TV ....
there are ways to do parts of casting on a firestick but it's not the greatest
43inch Gen 1 and 55 inch Gen 2 Sky Glass & sky live camera 3 Pucks. Virgin media M350 hub 5x. Four sky mobile sims.

Re: Can I cast my iPhone to SkyGlass?
You would need to connect a device that supports casting to one of HDMI inputs on Sky Glass.
Examples
Chromecast With Google TV 4K dongle
Firestick/Roku etc
Apple TV 4K Box this would be best to use with a iPhone.
I have Apple TV 4K box connected to one of the HDMI inputs on my 65 inch Sky Glass.
It's very easy to cast from iPhone to a Apple TV 4K Box
Sky Glass 65 inch and 2 Sky Stream Pucks
Gigabit Siro 100% Fiber Broadband with Digiweb
1000 Mbps download and 200 Mbps upload speed
I only use wired ethernet with Sky Glass and Sky Stream Pucks

Re: Can I cast my iPhone to SkyGlass?
So if I use a casting device connected to one of the HDMI ports, is there also a way to play Music from my iphone through the Sky Glass TV/Speakers? And does a Sky Glass TV allow the connection on additional speakers/soundbar ?
Thanks

Yes
And does a Sky Glass TV allow the connection on additional speakers/soundbar ?
Only by using an ARC audio extractor, which disables the onboard speakers.

You can now as sky has released a new feature called AirPlay and you can now share photos videos and screen mirror to your sky glass

AirPlay is a twenty year old technology developed and owned by Apple: Sky is licensing it on Glass.
