@Hamps92 Yes, you can add Disney+ to your Sky Glass/Stream account via the Sky Shop under My Sky at the bottom of the TV Home Screen. The step by step process for signing up is at https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-marketplace-subscribe-to-disney-plus
Unlike Netflix, there doesn't look to be a mechanism for Sky to take over the billing for an existing Disney+ account. It might be easiest to cancel your current Disney+ subscription & billing, then create a new Disney+ account as part of the Sky Disney+ setup above.
