Re: Broadband not working
Hi @Ickabod100
You have posted in the Glass forum, rather than the broadband forum, but you havent give much information to go off.
Is it totally down? Are some devices not working but others are? Have you rebooted your router? Is there an error light? Have you checked Sky's service checker? https://www.sky.com/help/servicestatus
Pleas bear in mind that this is a public customer to customer forum, you are not addressing sky directly.

Re: Broadband not working
If your ISP is Sky and you have no broadband at all and you have tried rebooting the router you need to phone Sky to report it. This way if it isn't fixed within 48 hours of you reporting the issue you get compensation.
You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.
If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number. If you are in the ROI on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.
