Brand new sky glass
We have just had a sky glass tv delivered. It will connect to WiFi. Then says it needs a software update, freezes on 0% and literally doesn't load, then says technical fault.
I have tried restarting but still not working ! Called a sky advisor and was going over the same thing with them for an hour and still isn't working.
what can I do ?

Turn it off at the wall for at least a minute then power it back on and try again.
Ideally connect it to your router with an ethernet cable, just to get past the software update.
