My Bluetooth hasn't been working for about a week thought it was my headphones but they work fine on my iPhone. When I have tried to connect them to my glass tv the sound is as if something is interrupting the signal we have tried turning all other Bluetooth devices off but still having the same issue. Was working fine when I got the glass tv

Only solution that works, seems to be disconnect, turn TV off, power off at mains for at least 10secs, reboot, reconnect Bluetooth and hopefully that gives you a temporary solution for now.

Hi Guys not to be beaten I purchased this
GOWENIC Audio extractor, 4K 60Hz HDCP2.2 HDR Synchronous HDMI Audio Split Extractor with Bluetooth 5.1. Transmitter ARC Audio Splitter from Amazon, plugged it into the eARC port turned the TV on got my earbuds opened the charger placed buds in my ears and hey presto sound no fiddling about turning the TV on/off the sound was better than when they were just connected to the tv

Wow - pepe999 - sounds great! I looked on Amazon UK but then decided that turning my SG55 off at the wall for ten minutes whilst I pour myself a drink, prior to repowering/rebooting to Bluetooth connectivity, is the sort of low-tech solution I can cope with. I don't trust myself to buy a GOWENIC Audio extractor only to fail to set it up and then consign it to the dresser drawer with other items of tech I failed to master! Seasonal best wishes to you...!

I have the same issue, worked fine before, now interference on my bose bluetooth conencted speakers. Have tried resetting my Sky Glass TV but same issue. Anybody else find a solution?

Clearly this is now a widespread issue, so at what point do Sky participate in this discussion? Sky are clearly aware of the issue and hence how do we know what, if anything, they are doing about it? Does anyone know how we get Sky to represent themselves on this forum?

I don't know how they will get involved in this forum, it's bad enough trying to get through to them by phone - 20 to 50 min wait every time. I've spent hours on hold with an unrelated issue. The ops on the other end are always polite and try their best so no complaints there. I've only had this TV for two months and everything is great apart from this one issue. If they can't sort it, then in my opinion it's doesn't work so will have to be sorted or exchanged. By the sounds of it though it's not the TV but the software. Meh

I think someone else said on this forum Bluetooth software issue won't be fixed until the next software update release and that could be sometime.

Hi there. I was having the same problem and spoke to Sky about it several times and even did a full factory reset at one point (don't do that unless you have the time to sign back on to everything again). But in the end something quite simple worked (fingers crossed - it's been working perfectly since Friday). Go to the normal Home Screen. Press the button with the 3 little dots on your remote. Go to the audio settings box that appears at the bottom of the screen and change the audio output to speakers and Bluetooth. Then switch the tele off and also switch off at the plug for a minute or so then switch it back on, change the audio output back to just Bluetooth and hey presto it should work! Good luck and I hope I haven't jinxed myself by saying it works perfectly now lol

Well what can I say it worked, did as you suggested and hey presto it's working no fuzzy audio I don't know how you worked it out but it's a big thank you to you
