☝️Experiencing the same, once again 😞😤

I rebooted the TV agsin by pulling the power cable out of it. Waited ten minutes and fired it up again Bluetooth connectivity perfect! Turned the headphones off to take a phone call then turned them back on. Connectivity with Sky Glass 55 perfect. Hope this is the end of the problem but if you still have the problem my, non-teckie, advice is depower the TV, wait ten minutes, turn it back on and try to reconnect your Bluetooth device. Hopefully it will work, as it has for me.

Definitely not fixed for me, I get about half a second of broken audio, then Glass locks up and goes unresponsive.

Final post from me because I have no 'techy' skills so what I'm doing might not be an appropriate fix, but I did yet another power-off reboot and the Bluetooth/TV handshake was fully restored.

Problem here with my Bluetooth too. Perfect for a while, then went through phase about 5 days ago with totally inaudible sound. Returned to normal yesterday, but back to garbled sound today. Will try the power off and unplug for 10 mins solution suggested and report back............... in 10 mins.

Yes, I can report the power cord was disconnected for 10 mins and a reboot was successful as suggested above. Well done to the person who worked this out. Temporary fix, I know, but means I can watch F1, while not annoying my wife, from the room next door.

In my opinion this is simply bad customer service. They should fix it or upgrade to a new product free for everyone that actually works. Is Sky becoming like Microsoft where the end user is a guinea-pig for poorly designed technology?

That no longer works for me. I think I will sue them under the Trade Description Act.

I have recently attached an LG soundbar via bluetooth, worked for a day and then keeps breaking up. updated LG soundbar software but still have same problem. Sky Glass has been a nightmare for months, issues originally with Sky sports F1 not showing in playlist, then skips back when fast forwarding and now bluetooth issues. Really wish id not bothered as Sky seem to ignore and not own up to issues and then at least communicate what they plan to do to fix. Hope some can find a fix as sound quality isnt as good as advertised.

Hi, Folks I have just read this post as I had the same problem. my buds have worked for quite a while then suddenly stopped I also had to through the same procedure as everyone else pull the plug then reboot
got onto Sky they said there was nothing they could do as the TV and wifi worked ok, they said it was to do with my headphones I tried three sets which all worked fine on different devices but none were not a modern set Now the crunch seems an update has thrown this spanner in the works and Sky Glass only use A2DP for Bluetooth this means most old headsets won't connect correctly without all the messing around so today I received my new Buds which are A2DP compliant and hey presto they connected straight away so turned everything off again switched it back on the connection was there no messing
so if you know your headphones/bud model just check to see if they comply with A2DP
hope this helps

Ok an update sorry to get any hopes up but all was well until last nigh buds connected after about thirty minutes the sound went off
so back to the drawing board 😩😩😩😩

Yep it's busted. All we can do is wait for the lacklustre dev team to get around to fixing it. Or not. It's the Sky way.

if they have can this be connected to the optical output of the Glass TV and work as it doesn't look like it has an HDMI port?
The Glass TV does not have an optical output.
