@yosserward these are the instructions for connecting bluetooth devices to a Glass TV https://www.sky.com/help/articles/connecting-bluetooth-devices-to-sky-glass whether a device connects or not can be down to the protocols used I think the Glass use A2DP which most headphones should support.

Hi @yosserward The headphones must be A2DP compliant as this is the only standard that Glass currently supports.

Although I don't have them any more I had some Sony WH-CH710 over ear headphones and they worked perfectly with Sky Glass.

Have you tried rebooting your Glass TV in case it is a software glitch preventing them from pairing properly? Unplug your Glass for a few minutes and then plug it in again and it will reboot.

Re: Bluetooth headphones

Hi thank you for the reply I've tried some cheap ear buds and they have connected

My Sony headphones over ear which are suitable still do not connect so I do t know why

It's  shame because I bought tvglass because it had the blutooth capability but obviously it does not have the technological capability.

On the contrary: Glass appears to stick strictly to the specification of the A2DP profile.
