Blank screen when trying to view anything

My Home Screen and tv guide etc all have picture as usual but when I click to watch any show it turns to a black screen, when I try to load any apps it does the same but there are images on Home Screen etc. internet is working fine as firestick is working. I don't know what's wrong or how to fix it.

Hi @Kat882 

 

In the first instance power off at the mains for a few minutes and try again. If still not working check the internet connection and particularly connection speed. Glass needs 25Mbps for HD and 30Mbps for UHD. You can check the speed using netflix.

 

Open netflix and the left hand menu > scroll down to get help? > Select connection check in the menu that appears.
