Black Friday existing customer offer

I cannot get the Black Friday existing customer offer for £3 p/m for the sky glass air 43"   It only offers me the standard price of £6 or £309 upfront via the app/ website and even through the promotion txt I received. Anyone else found this? Thanks

Probably teaching you to suck eggs, apologies if that is the case, but have you made absolutely sure you are logged into your Sky account when on the website?

I've just tested it in MySky and get the same, £3 on the first screen, £6 when you try to proceed.

I'll flag it to Sky staff, but I would recommend checking it tomorrow anyway as these things have a way of sorting themselves out overnight sometimes.

Can you make sure you have added Sky Sports, Sky Cinema or Whole Home as part of the basket, as it seems you have to add at least 1 with the TV to get the offer.

I already have all 3, which is why I don't see the discounted price either.

Oh really? I also already have them so It won't be possible to get the offer I guess. How annoying. Thanks for finding that out
