I have sky products ( sky glass, Telephone and broadband. It is extremely difficult to contact Sky. Most of the precious time has been taken by the " virtual assistant" without any productive answer. This is really annoying.
Adding a product or upgrade is so easy and removing a product or to discuss with ongoing technical problem has been so difficult.

try calling them and when prompted for your mobile number for text help just ignore and you will be transferred to a telephone agent

The online virtual bot main use is only to redirect you to relevant documentation or guides from Skys website for issues that can be self resolved.
You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.
If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number. If you are in the ROI on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.
