I use the settings given in this post:

https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Sky-Glass-Live/Sky-Glass-calibrated-MEASURED-settings/m-p/4626785

Realistically Glass is never going to look 'perfect': it's a fairly undistinguished LCD panel from three years ago being fed by budget pandemic-era silicon: in particular heavily compressed and badly lit streaming content tends to be distinctly dodgy with very noticeable 'blotchy' artifacts (the 2014 version of Godzilla carried on a 'terrestrial' channel, for example, is essentially unwatchable)

Sky Glass 55" (on ethernet) & two Stream Pucks (one ethernet / one WiFi)
BT Halo 3+ Ultrafast FTTP (500Mbs), BT Smart Hub 2
