Bbc 1 wales issue

I have recently moved from wales to england and i am still getting channels in welsh and bbc 1 wales. How do i fix this?

@Carolmueller  If you haven't told Sky you've moved they would not know,  Does you Sky account show your old address?

No, we moved around 3 months ago and i didnt schedule anything with sky.

Unlike DTT your address determines which channels you receive not your physical location😉

 

But even when your address is updated some require secondary action by Sky before you get the correct regional programming🤔
