I'm going to guess you have the Glass connected via WiFi. If so then your issue will be the strength and stability of your WiFi network.

I'd recommended disabling WiFi on the Glass settings and connecting it to your router (or a power line adapter) via Ethernet cables. Alternatively look at setting up a mesh WiFi network.

@Paul207 The post by @MarkGoldsmith is spot on.

 

The minimum speeds recommended by Sky for Glass/Stream are as follows:

HD = 25mbps

UHD = 30mbps

HD + 1 puck = 30mbps

UHD + 1 puck = 35mbps
