So put the West Ham v Liverpool game (BT Sports) on to my Playlist before leaving for the game. Get home after the game, but it is nowhere to be seen. Says there are further showings over the next few days in the middle of the night or while I am at work. Try to add one of those to the playlist but it asks if I want to remove it, not add it. So if it was on my playlist before it was on live I should be able to watch the channels I have paid for, seems they want to restrict things I have already parted with money for, and try to get me to pay extra for basic functionality that no one mentioned anything about not having when they offered the services. Feels like having a film package but because things aren't on at a convenient time, ordering the DVD online and waiting for Amazon to deliver it because it's quicker.
Hadn't had Sky two weeks yet and I am sick of it already, totally feel like I have been mis-sold.
Earlier today I couldn't even get BBC 1 on this ridiculous system. Had to remove the power lead and reset it twice to get any tv channels at all.

Don't forget your 31 day cooling off period.
Sport appears to be an issue on stream for catch up, possibly a broadcast rights issue for on demand.
