BBC1 DISAPPEARING

Today I have had a problem with bbc1 it keeps disappearing on glass, I have switched the TV off then it comes back for a while (without the restart option) then it goes again.

All other channels are fine ?

From your description I'm not sure if you are simply turning the Glass TV off on the remote (or side of the TV) or if your turning it off at the wall socket which will then make the TV reboot.

A reboot will often resolve these sort of issues.  Simply turn the TV off at the wall socket leaving  it switched off for 30 to 60 seconds and turn it on again.  It will then reboot which takes about a minute. Hopefully this will resolve your issue.

No I have turned it off at the wall not on the remote and I have done it a number of times, and it comes back for a while then goes again. 

i have realised i can get to to it by putting in 101 or using voice bit it doesnt show on the guide and the resart option is still not there ?

I have been having issues with the integration with BBC One and the iPlayer for months which prevents the Restart Now function from working? Do you see it appear in the main guide as channel 101, but no entry in the Restart Now section?

I've got it logged with Sky and BBC.

I've come across this this morning, the stream for BBC1 is taking an age to connect. Once connected it streams no issues.

Never had iplayer issues though even today.
