Anyone else having issues with these apps today cannot connect to them

Are you getting any errors on launching the apps?
Would suggest trying a restart of your Sky Stream box
Go to Settings>Systems Management>Resets & Updates
Select Restart device
Your Sky Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Dawn194 like @lettice I'm having no issues with either App. If the reboot/restart already suggested doesn't work then try refreshing your Apps. This can take a few hours but is done in the background so you can still watch your Glass TV.
At the first sign of any problems with the ITVX App, in addition to the restart I also clear the cache which often helps. To do this open the app & enter 0 0 0 0 7 7 7. After entering the code the App should respond by saying “The storage has been cleared”. After this the App will reset and display the privacy & cookies information. Select continue. Note - there is nowhere specific to enter the code just type it on the remote when you are on the ITVX homepage.

Only issues I'm getting is, suddenly everything is in standard definition, not one thing is hd. All my other apps and sky are running uhd or HD no problem 🤔
