Audio Description option

As a new SKY Stream user I am still trying to overcome a number of its vagaries. When I add some programs from the TV Guide to the playlist, I notice that they have AD listed in the characteristics, which I have presumed is the Audio Descriotion option. When I access the program I get a background running commentary on each change of scene. How can I turn this off?

Hi @Stoneybloke

  1. Press the ... (three dots options menu) button on your Sky remote. It's the button under the standby/power button.
  2. Press the right button two times and press select to turn Audio Descriptions off.

Hi @Stoneybloke

You should see a coloured chat bubble bottom left of the screen, press that and then follow the instructions.

Re: Audio Description option

It doesn't work, the very next time you change channels it automatically turns back on. Very strange, and very annoying.  🙂

@george047 go into the settings and see if you can switch AD on from there. That will by default set it to ON so it won't reset when you change channels.
