Apps not working

Why does my tv come on like normal but no apps are loading and when they do the programme I'm watching freezes half way through

@Chloe0103 how do you have the Sky Glass connected to the internet, via Wifi or via an ethernet cable?

Yes all connected to the internet, turned off the mains multiple times, reconnected the internet a dozen times

Yes but how do you have to connected to the internet? Did you connected it via WiFi or have you got it connected via Ethernet cable to the router or a power line adapter?

 

I'd strongly advise trying to connect it via the other option so if using WiFi, try Ethernet, if using Ethernet try WiFi. When using Ethernet you should go into the settings on the Sky Glass and disable the WiFi, this would stop the TV potentially switching between WiFi and Ethernet which can cause issues.
