Apps not working but tv is
My apps won't open but my tv is is working and so is remote.
I've tried to refresh apps but says that I can't.
I have sky glass

Hi @SarahC4
Have you tried a reboot in the first instance. Go settings > system management> resets and updates > reboot.
Also when you say working, is live TV working? What exactly is happening when you refresh apps? The process isn't instant and can take up to 24 hours anyway.
