Why has My5, ITVX, iPlayer, and other apps suddenly stopped working. All I get is error codes. Please can Sky get this sorted out as they were all working fine a few days ago. What has changed?

If you have a decent internet connection your apps should be working.
The first thing to try is turning off your Glass tv or Stream Puck at the power socket, waiting a minute and then turning in again.
Edit: my reply clashed with yours, I see that you have already tried a reboot.

If anyone can shed any light on this issue, I'd be grateful. I've done all the usual, switched it off, waited, refreshed the apps, internet off and on. Everything else is working, so why not these apps?
I've been in touch with My5 who say it is a sky glass issue...

Have you phoned Sky Customer Services to report the issue?

how have you got the glass connected to the internet?

I've tried everything, I've got a list of error codes as long as your arm!
The common theme now seems to be saying that I'm not in the UK, which I most definitely am. I have checked out the up configuration and been in touch with my internet provider and all good there. So I can only think it is a sky glass issue.
I can, howver, access these apps (not bbc) through sky go without any issues...weird...

Who's your ISP?

Who is your ISP? Basically they have assigned you an IP that isn't UK based which means you can't use the sky streaming platform as it's geo-locked to UK and Republic of Ireland.
all you can do in this scenario is unplug your router for 30 seconds, plug it back in and hope your ISP then assign a UK IP to you.

@SMH22
It is possible that your ISPhas started using a new batch of IP addresses which Sky do not recognise as being in the U.K.
This has happened before and can only be sorted by a phone call to Sky to resolve the issue.

A lot of ISP run out of UK IPs at times and therefore give you a non UK IP address which can't work with Sky streaming platform. That's why rebooting the router until you are allocated a UK based IP is the "fix" for that error.
