Apple TV remote

Can I control the volume on my sky glass tv, with a Apple TV remote.

@NK527  That would depend on if the Apple TV remote has rhe codes for Sky Glass.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Thank you, tried everything. It seems sky has locked the system so only there remote works on the TV.

My firestick 4K max remote controls the glass tv ......

This issue has been going since the gen 1 tv. I don't know if it's fixed in gen2 but it is an absolute pain that we have to endure this after so many complaints.  Sky glass support is clueless about it 

 

I have yet to read anyone with ATV who were able to make it work.
