Apple TV continue watching

Anyone else noticing shows from Apple TV on our continue watching rail on the Home Screen taking you back to the start of a programme instead of picking up where you left off? 
Seems to be a sky/apple issue as I've tried the apple app on my tv and it's working fine

I did have that issue, but since they fixed the CW rail/Playlist problem it seems to have resolved itself.

Hi @Deedee36 watching Silo on Appletv+ via Sky Stream

Programme is not appearing in my Continue Watching rail 

I access it via playlist and just select  S1 episode 1 and it plays from where l left off

Only thing I have changed in the Appletv+ app settings I've turned off Use Play History 

Which turns off Add to Up Next
