Sky glass keeps freezing, internet turning off? So annoying! Is anyone else having issues tonight? Tried to reset internet twice and turn tv off but still same problem

No issues here. Who is your ISP? What's your connection speed? How's your glass connected?

Is your tv close enough to your hub to connect it with an ethernet cable, this is more stable than WiFi

Also see if you can upgrade to full fibre, you can do that on the my sky app aswell open it click on broadband and run check for upgrades see what it offers you

No it's not, it's settled down for now and I've done service checker which has come back all good. Hopefully just a blip!
Thanks for all your help 🙂

Glad to help, if you can connect the tv to the hub with the ethernet cable it will be more reliable it should stop, or reduce the freezing on the tv they are easy to buy and easy to fit aswell

Keep checking the app from time to time as open reach are upgrading the network all the time to full fibre broadband
