Tonight another of our puck remotes stopped working. This will be the third.
It had been starting to play up over the last few weeks and we had resorted to all the known fixes and tricks - but alas it is now completely unresponsive.
Quite frankly the quality is very poor. I have Sky + / HD, Sky Q for years and never had a single remote fail. We have had stream less than a year and are now on our third. Absolutley disgraceful.
We don't want compensation, we don't want freebies - we just want a quality product that works.
A call to Sky tomorrow to arrange for another remote.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@johnboy999 Your quite right the quality is very poor but in fairness Sky have been very good at replacing faulty remotes (they have certainly had enough practice 🤣).
I recently got a replacement as my original remote was using a set of batteries every 3 weeks. It's one of the new batch with a white dot under the battery.and is working perfectly 🤞.
