Hi Amazon Music app is not showing up on my Sky Glass. Technical help say it should be there and keep getting me to reboot the tv and telling me it will magically appear in 24 hrs. This has been going on for months. Now tonight tech help say Amazon Music app is not available on sky glass at all. Can anyone help. Is it or isn't it an app for glass ? I'm so confused.

It is on Sky Glass, I have just checked as replying to this, so should be showing on yours. Some questions:
1) Have you tried refreshing apps rather than just rebooting?
2) What happens when you try and launch it via voice?
3) What software version is your Glass on? (Go settings > system management)
Just wondering if you need to force a software update, but Sky should be guiding you through this, or replacing the the TV if can't get it to work.

Where are you based UK or Republic of Ireland
Amazon Music App in regards Sky Q/Sky Glass/Sky Stream is UK only at the moment
The reason is likely due to Amazon Music is not included with Prime Subscription in Republic of Ireland
The Amazon Music App has never been made available for Sky Glass/Stream in Republic of Ireland and I have not seen any info yet if will be made available at later stage

Sky Ireland has a dedicated technical support phone number it's just for Sky Glass/Sky Stream customers in Republic of Ireland
When I ordered by phone the Sky Glass in August 2022 I was given Sky Glass/Stream dedicated technical support phone number
The welcome email also listed that direct number I was to use if I had any issues with Sky Glass/Stream
It's a totally different phone number to Sky Customer services
I don't know if UK customers also have a dedicated Sky Glass support phone number

But I am in Ireland and I do get Amazon Music with my Amazon Prime .... I can get it on my phone and my laptop and was told I'd get it on Glass. So that's really confusing to hear this 🙈

I've refreshed the app about 20 times, tech help got me to update tv to latest version and when I try voice it just says 'can't do that'.

Yes, twice !!! And they keep telling me they've sorted it, to wait 24 hrs and it will come up. Which they've been saying for months now 😵💫

Amazon Music is not included with Prime Subscription in Republic of Ireland
There is a separate subscription it's called Amazon Music Unlimited available in Republic of Ireland that has nothing to do with Prime Subscription
The Amazon Music app on Sky Q/Sky Glass/Stream is for UK customers only who get Amazon Music included free as part of their Prime Subscription
Are you based In Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland
