Just turned the sky glass on and there it was. Have been watching stuff since with no problem

i got fed up waiting for a fix and the constant log out - switch off - log in... and bought firestick 🤷♂️

Same here, Sky Glass and for Prime all I have is sound, no picture

Please can Sky come back on this issue with a resolution, black screen and no sound. Tried all the above suggestions but no fix. Tried to call throughout to last 2 week, 40+ min waiting times and no call back. This has now been documented issue for a month now.

I have Sky Glass. The Sky Glass TV will not let me watch Amazon Prime, no picture just sound. The other TV with the Puk lets me watch Amazon Prime no trouble. Why is this can you assist

Sky Puck, watch Netflix and Prime but if I pause and start again I get sound, information everything but black screen! Tried going to Home Screen and 'continue watching' but still same issue... refreshed app, still same. It would appear the picture itself is being blocked as everything else works ok, sound, scene select etc so the app works fine... just NO picture
so please look into this issue otherwise why am I paying for services I am not receiving?

This issue is being encountered by many subscribers on the streaming platform but certainly not everyone. Sky are certainly aware of the problem and are working with Netflix to find a solution 😀

Hallelujah! I've just updated apps in settings and I've finally got a picture on Amazon Prime!

I've had this problem now for a week. I have sound when using Amazon but no picture. I've restarted and reset the tv and refreshed the apps. A tV reset works for like 5 mins before the app goes blank again.
very frustrating and I will be requesting compensation from Sky

Don't believe it, I'm back to a blank screen with sound and subtitles - this is now getting beyond a joke!

Yeah still not fixed. I'm on a Sky Puck.
I went in to Prime to check a program. Worked fine with picture and sound. Then I came out of Prime and in to BBC iPlayer watched something briefly. Then out and back to Prime. Continue watching the program that had just worked and now black screen with sound. Just tried refreshing the apps and then switched off at wall and back on. Repeated the above sequence and same black screen problem occurred. I could have just stopped at the first time of trying today when it worked and come on here to say it's fine but that's no help to anyone. It's a bug.

We've had the problem with the black screen on Prime since the beginning of August and refreshing/updating apps has not worked. Although we're not happy with Sky just now, at least they have the US Open tennis and not Prime!
