New customer to Sky, been with them less than a week - Same problem with Prime as everyone else on our Glass tv - Pretty worrying given that we use Prime a lot. Also, WiFi signal strength is just woeful.
Already regretting signing up to Sky.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@RogueTrooper1 It is completely your choice and I'm not trying to influence you but just a reminder that if you feel Glass is not for you (for any reason) you have a 31 day cooling off period during which you can cancel your Sky subscription free of charge and get a full refund for your Glass TV.

So I've had my sky glass tv now for a year, suddenly today this started. Haven't done anything, just turned on prime and no picture. Works ok on my other sky glass still which I've only had for a week.
tried to reset apps, no luck.
reset apps, turned tv off for 60 seconds (at mains), no luck.
reset tv totally, no luck.
reset tv totally, turn off for and hour (at mains), no luck.
nothing I have done has made a difference, blank screen but have sound.

Sorry for taking a while to feedback - the only solution I have found that up till now has worked was to quite literally uninstall app and unplug everything from the mains (TV, firestick, puck & wifi) - leave unplugged for around ten minutes and then reconnect, reinstall and log all the way back in.... basically in millennial speak reboot the whole system. I've not had any issues since however I did turn my tv off at the mains plug for a few nights on the trot too. But yeah since I did all that I've not had the recurring black screen issue. It's long but it's worth a punt. Amazon, Sky, Toshiba help centres all blamed each other and gave condescending tones of advice. Hope this works for someone else 👍
