@Wiltshireboy  Amazon Prime Video & Music are both on Glass, what isues are you having?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Hi @Wiltshireboy and welcome to the forum. I had a similar issue a couple of years ago and although I can't remember how to do it I recall I had to register my TV as a device on my Amazon account. 

 

Maybe this is the problem. Try Googling it or looking on YouTube for an instructional video (assuming one exists)

There s a finite amount of devices you can register on Amazon ...... they can build up over a few years ! Log into your Amazon account on a pc and you can manage (I.e remove) devices from there
