Discussion topic: Always waiting for program to load and after stops working and says technical problem

Takes too long to load program and it then it stops working . I am right now staring at a blue screen.

Have you tried a reboot? Turn it off at the plug for 30 seconds to properly reboot the device.

if that doesn't work then the issue will be network connectivity. How have you got it connected to the internet?
