Hi
I have been waiting for episode 13 of Alone to air on history channel but it seems to have just stipped at episode 12 which is driving e mad because my daughter who took out a history subscription has been able to? Anyone know why, we have sky glass

We are fellow customers on the forum. It could be an issue with the meta data or even human error. Best course of action is to email Sky's viewer relations team who will investigate with the relevant broadcaster and resolve. They can be emailed on viewerR@sky.uk.
Might also be worth seeing if it is available on SkyGo. While not the same viewing experience, might be handy is you really want to watch it.

I have the same problem. Mine happened after I downgarded my subscription to SD instead of HD, but I dont think that was the reason because I was able to watch other epsiodes in SD. Very odd. I also noticed on the HD version of the series that the epsiodes were all mis-numbered right from the start. I never resolved it.

Try emailing viewer relations as mentioned in @mikealanr post above . They normally deal with these issues promptly
