Hi. Hoping someone will help elucidate the issues i am experiencing.
For the past couple of weeks, after 2 years of nearly flawless use, Sky Glass will not connect and i have to restart it to fix the issue.
When i turn the TV on, the sky interface appears as it should with all the programs apps and channels, but when i select any of these it just gets stuck with "loading".
The internet in our house works like it should and nothing has changed. We can play netlfix amazone prime youtube and browse the internet on all of our laptops and mobile devices stream music through an neywork player and everything but sky glass will not play along.
It is really frustrating and dissapointing.
I am sick of restarting the tv to make it work.
Can someone sugest a way to fix this bug issue please ?

In would try resetting your network connection, rebooting your Glass TV and then reconnect it to your WiFi.

You'll need to report this to Sky themselves, rather than on this forum. Level 2 support are investigating this same issue for me. We counted 22 reboots yesterday throughout the day as it repeatedly froze when switching between playlist, live TV and on demand apps.
There appears to be a wider issue affecting mupltiple customers.

After the last restart the TV is connecting as normal without any issues.
But if this comes back i will try resetting the netweork as you sugested.

Yes i noticed that there are a few post on this issue or similar.
But as of now my TV is connecting properly and it seems to be stable.
