All 4 app not working

All 4 app not working. 
We can go into it, see all the programmes, select episodes and then the is a spinning loading circle and then it defaults you back to the sky Home Screen. This happens for any programme and any episode you try and select within the app.

Searching via voice command takes us to the same place and again defaults the screen.

@JHen1 try restarting your device. Put it into standby, turn it off at the plug, wait 30 seconds, turn it back on.

 

If that doesn't help try an app refresh.

 

Settings > System Management > Resets & Updates > refresh apps. This process is not instant and is carried out in the background so don't expect an instant solution.
