My wife added a QVC prog to her playlist, Ruth Langsford. It stored one in playlist but did not follow to next, even though is showed as added. She now currently has to add individual progs which is frustrating to say the least. WHY! Is this.

Isn't that usually how the channel "group" or "label" the shows that causes the issue. It's akin to the "series link" not being present for a show on Sky + or Q when a channel doesn't link the show as a series via the EPG.
