Ad Skipping deal not honoured!!!

So I recently signed up to Sky Glass. Received my TV on Monday moved over from Sky Q (feeling that it may have been a mistake) however I saw that there were some black Friday deals that had me interested. Mainly as skipping for free (;which it should be anyway but hey ho) they told me I can't have it as I have other discounts on my account. I had a discussion with the man on the phone and left disgusted. No where on the advert does it state that you can't have this if you already have discounts on your account.  As far as I am concerned sky are advertising it for free for glass customers. It's false advertising in my eyes. They are offering something that you can't have.

Have you checked for offers in the MySky app? Many people find regular offers in there for 2 or 3 months free ad-skipping and UHD/Atmos. These offers are often repeatable too. 

If you do end up deciding that you have made a mistake, you can cancel Sky Glass and return it within 31 days of activation.
