Did you do your factory reset while taking to a sky advisor ? As if not you have caused your yourself more problems as you have now unlinked your tv from your account, and removed all your details, you will now need to contact sky directly and speak to the back room staff to get it sorted out, you should never do a factory reset unless told to by a sky advisor who you are speaking to on the phone at the same time
