Accessing the ports when Sky Glass is wall mounted

is there an art to getting anything connected to the HDM ports when Sky Glass is mounted? i need slim 10 inch fingers to attach anything!

Certainly not the easiest thing.  Might be helped by knowing the relative layout:

From L to R that's power, ethernet, HDMI 1, HDMI 2, HDMI 3, USB-C (for Live camera) and coaxial aerial.

 

Obviously reversed when looking at a wall-mounted set.

thanks for the layout, but that still doesn't solve the mystery as to how anyone is able to connect with the ports!

Using more rigid cabling helps: HDMI cables come in various diametres.

 

The set should tilt forward slightly at the bottom on the Sky-supplied wallplate, but then care must be taken not to lift it off its top lugs.

There are some short HDMI extenders available online which look pretty robust.
