55" stuck on stand

Hi All, we have just got a 55" and put it on the supplied stand. We have now decided to wall mount it instead. I understand the principle of remoiving the stand (remove 4 x scres, tilt the bottom forward slightly and lift up) but we really can't get the darn thing off. We are lifting as hard as we dare (very hard to be fair) and it won't shift. Has anyone else had this issue and if so how did you get round it? Thanks in advance. Cheers Mark

Maybe try gently placing the set face down on a soft surface and see if the stand can be wriggled loose that way.

It's possible that the white plastic spacers are jammed.
