Is the app not loading at all or when trying to watch a program? I have had this error coming up when watching trying to watch on demand on 5 but live channels on the app were ok. I think I may have solved it by disabling ad blocker on my internet router (Eero device) so maybe worth looking if something similar exists on your network if the issue is the same. I have now restricted ad blocker to specific profiles excluding sky glass.
