4 app blank screen

4 app has been a blank screen for over a week. Spoken with Sky twice. Apparently a technical error that they are working on! 
anyone else have this issue?

What platform is this on, Sky Q or Sky Glass/Stream ?

@Jowil62 if on Sky Glass and Sky Stream, read this thread for a workaround solution. The post marked as answer provides the workaround whilst Sky and Channel 4 are working together to resolve the issue.
