Hello, my name is Geoffrey Bosworth I cancelled all-sky accounts and paid my final bill debit from the bank. I can not follow tv and it was for my wife the tv programmes. I was told SKY was going be turned off on the 11th of February and I am still not being turned off. Can someone please explain with me being total blind 90 % deaf why the sky as not being turned off completely. Please get back for my assurance thank you.
