Would you be interested in a Befriending service via messaging?

Hi Folks, 

Hope you're all keeping well. As you know we launched a befriending service via our Time to Care initiative where you can recevie a phone call once a week for an hour and have a chat with one of our brilliant volunteers. You can see more here

We're now begining to explore whether there is a need from our customers for a befriending type chat digitally via our messaging service. Would this be something you were interested in?

Hello sky I think that would be helpful for people who don't get out much and could get help if they have any problem with their sky Tv or broadband. 
Health wise it be good as the phones can be hard to hear but even on assessability phone lines it is difficult as I've have two hearing aids but even when I phone the service there was words I had trouble hearing.
