Who decides what sports have subtitles?

I've been with sky for 25 years and I've been deaf since birth so I rely on subtitles for all my programmes. So you can understand my frustration after watching the masters on the golf channel all day with subtitles when suddenly at 7 30 pm they disappear! Who at sky decides the deaf people don't need subtitles for every programme? Well I do and I'm absolutely annoyed!😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

I've not been watching it, but as it's from the USA are Sky actually the broadcaster or are they taking the feed from elsewhere?

Re: Who decides what sports have subtitles?

I watch it every year it's been on and never had trouble before! The point I'm making is I've had them on all day but not after 7 30 pm!

The point I'm making is Sky may not have any influence on if and when subtitles are available. Perhaps an email to the Viewer Relations Team at viewerR@sky.uk may provide an answer.
