hi I'm just wondering if someone has had a similar issue to what I have been experiencing and how I can fix it?
I've been trying to watch a movie and it keeps being narrated by a woman's voice every second during the movie which is quite frustrating because it completely throws you off, I have gone into the settings, accessibility and turned off the voice guidance, I've turned the sky box off and on again and it's been unplugged plenty of times however it still keeps narrating during movies.
has anyone else experienced this and how did you fix it? it's becoming really frustrating
