Terrible subtitles spoil enjoyment for those of us struggling to hear

I have to miss so many great movies on Great Christmas  channel because they don't  have subtitles.   However, even worse is a frequent issue.  I start watching a film with subtitles and part way through the subtitles go way out of sinc.  They speed ahead so dialogue is way behind subtitles and on longer sentences, flash up so fast we don't get a chance to read the first word before they are gone.  Totally spoils the enjoyment. I think I am going to have give up watching this channel altogether.  It really doesn't cater for those of us with hearing issues who cannot hear the spoken dialogue above the background music.

@Kathm

I've moved your post from the Sky Talk board as that's for issues customers are having with their landline phones.

Great Christmas is owned by Narrative Entertainment UK Limited so it might be worth you contacting them, or see if Sky can contact them on your behalf by emailing the Sky Viewer Relations Team at viewerR@sky.uk
