Subtitles on channel 4 site

the subtitles on channel 4 E4 and film 4 seem to have gone 

Is there a reason

Is this on Sky Q or sky+?

Have you lost subtitles for all shows on those channels or just specific shows? Is it still ongoing or has it resolved now?

On sky Q lost subtitles on all programs on channel 4 E4 & film 4

Issues still ongoing with no subtitles on C4, More4, 4seven etc etc

@Clairus As customers we have no insight into when the subtitles will be back,  it will be dependent on how much work is needed to restore all services full at Red Bee.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
