Thanks for raising this. It's not a bug I'm familiar with, but will raise it with the product team.
Does it happen frequently? Are you deleting it and re-downloading it immediately?

Hi, I end up deleting it as with no subtitles I can't watch it as I'm deaf, then download again and it works then doesn't work next episode. I recorded something last night but on a normal channel, subtitles started then stopped so just deleted it..so frustrating because we only upgraded from + to skQ January this year and sky+ was fine
