Sky q box faulty, needs replacement, can't contact sky despite registering with accessibility issues

'Sorry, Sky Messenger is currently unavailable.'

 

That's all it ever shows.

 

Sky Q Box is completely dead and won't switch on. Followed all procedures (Turn off, hold down standby button, switch on, tries to update but switches off after a few minutes), needs replacement ASAP.

What alternative methods of contacting Sky that are available to you through the Accessibility Team have you tried and what is happening? Can someone call Sky on your behalf (a family member perhaps)?
