Sky chat link for deaf people

The automate sky chat is not helpful as it is normally ended by phone number. Can sky deaf person to be logged in the system and have a dedicate link?

@Dan-M in addition to registering with the accessibility team as per @Daniel0210  there is also an accessibility forum page as below

I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer
