Sky Stream can't change menu font size

My partner is visually impaired and has found since we switched to Sky Stream from Sky Q that we've lost the option to increase the size of the menu font. As a result, he's unable to read the channel guide and is finding Sky Stream impossible to use. Using the 'high contrast' setting does not help, the menu font is just simply too small.

I'm having a very similar issue and gutted that their isn't an option to increase font I think it's unacceptable of sky to not cater for font size on sky steam as they do it on eveuthing else

Subtitle options

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE give subtitle options! This is something that users have been asking for, for years now! The subtitles are far too big and intrusive. Why would you adopt a similar set up to Netflix or Amazon Prime where users can choose the size of subtitle font, whether they need a subtitle background and opacity of the background, along with varying options such as colour of font and background. This feels like it should be a basic option for products from a company as established as Sky! I currently use a Sky Stream box.

Please please include this as visually impaired people are struggling to read the guide in current Font size!

Re: Sky Stream can't change menu font size

Hey @BartonG
Unfortunately, Sky Stream does not allow the size of the font in the menu to be increased. To improve accessibility, consider using Voice guidance, or Voice control. I hope this may help. You may also contact Sky's support team.
